about
for Piano, Jegogunk, Bass Harmonica, and Whispers
Debut: Sept 5-12, 2009
Dublin Fringe Festival
Dublin, Ireland
This is a continuation - or a companion piece - to Perhaps I'll See You Again (Someday). It uses the same audio windowing technique to stretch very short sections of audio into longer ones by slowing crawling through small windows in marked time.
Over this is the bowed the metal rods of the Jegogunk which, as it happens, are in tune with the short, abstract piano piece I wrote and recorded as source material.
